PLATE II
A compiled family history: every fact sourced, every story kept in the family's own words, printed and sewn to outlast its readers.
PLATE III
A private family site holding the living record — the tree, the documents, the photographs — a place the whole family can visit.
What the family holds, what it wants to know, and where the search should stop.
Systematic research through the records — every conclusion documented and sourced.
A full report of what we found, and what we didn't. Two rounds of revisions.
The chart, the book, the site — made, checked, and shipped to be given.
We sell a defined search, honestly reported — never findings we can't promise. Fixed scope, fixed stopping point. Anything hard we find comes to you privately first; you choose how it appears.
Holderman Family Press is a family firm in the old sense: one household, building a craft worth handing down.
The name is the résumé. This family has printed its own history for over a century — a prolific doctrinal publisher in the 1860s, compiled genealogies in 1937 and 1973, a working printer who cut the family's blocks. We are the next impression.
HALDEMAN → HOLDEMAN → HOLDERMAN
Three spellings in the records; one family. Tracing a name through its drift is precisely the work — ours was the first line we reclaimed.
“Children are a heritage from the LORD.”
